No. Unlike in many composting toilets, all waste is stored and disposed of together in the Pacto toilet. In fact, separating liquid waste would only cause unnecessary work and bother with the Pacto toilet. An added benefit of this is that the user does not have to dispose of large quantities of liquid waste, something that requires a lot of water.
